If your life was a movie, what would be the title?

In pursuit of Happyness – that is a very good suggestion, isn’t it?

Well, are we not always looking for happiness?

We don’t realize it, but we are actually looking for the perfect life. At any given point in life, there is something that is at the top of our priority list.

Let’s take this simple exercise to deconstruct our wishes. When we are young we want to pass our exams with good grades – why? Do we want knowledge, no actually it is the degree that we are interested in.

Ok so does the degree make you happy? No, we are actually interested in the job that the degree will get us. Right then, sorted, you get your dream job. Are you happy? Hmmmm, no. Actually, you were looking for a job because you wanted certain things. A big house, a luxury car and so that a good girl would marry you.

Interesting….. Noted. So, now that you have achieved all of the above, are you happy?

NO —- why?

Now you have the same dreams for your children. However, it is most likely that they don’t conform to your ideas… So again you are not happy !!!

This is the circle of life. You keep on moving around until one day you realize that you don’t have much time left. At this point, you would be better off just living in the moment. So then, this is pretty much it.

Taking movies as a metaphor for the life you do realize that all is well in the end. The only difference is that movies are just a few hours long while life goes on longer. It would be interesting if we treated life like a movie. It is important to live with the faith that the director wants the audience to be happy. So by default, we are all heading in the direction of a happy ending.

But the ever-intriguing question still remains unanswered – What is happiness? As humans, we all crave happiness, but what does it really entail? How can we find it?

I believe that true happiness is a journey, and I am here to guide you through it.

Happiness is the highest level of Success

A new concept for happiness

At this point, I wish to introduce you to a completely different concept. We have always been taught that happiness can not be bought.

But, If money could buy happiness, would you be interested?

I am proud to present an idea that has been very close to my heart – The Happiness Store. This is an online affiliate store dedicated to spreading positivity and joy to the world. My philosophy is simple:

I believe that material possessions alone cannot bring happiness, but they can certainly contribute to it.

I understand that happiness comes from within. But I also recognize that the things we own can affect our energy and mood. That’s why I have carefully curated a selection of products that I believe have a positive impact on people’s lives. From uplifting books to inspiring artwork, these products are designed to make you feel good and help you cultivate a happy and healthy lifestyle. Some things make you feel happy and this happiness makes you reflect positive energy which in turn attracts positive energy. I wish to promote this cycle of happiness.

I’m not just in the business of selling things. I am on a mission to make the world a happier place, and I believe that starts with each individual. I encourage you to look beyond material possessions. Focus on the things that truly matter: relationships, personal growth, and self-care.

At The Happiness Store, I prioritize sustainable and ethical products. I also ensure that the products are not only good for you but also good for the planet. I believe in responsible consumption and aim to make a positive impact on the world.

Factors that influence happiness

Happiness is a broad term that means different things to different people. However, I believe that true happiness is a state of mind. A positive emotion that is not dependent on external circumstances. It is a feeling of contentment, joy, and inner peace that comes from within. It is not just about feeling good, but also about feeling fulfilled and satisfied with our lives. And if this satisfaction comes from spending a couple of dollars on getting the thing of your desire, then this is not material love.

Please note the point I am trying to force here is the energy associated with the object and not the object itself.

Take care of yourself

Happiness is not just a fleeting emotion but a long-term state of mind. It is associated with positive outcomes in our lives, such as better health, stronger relationships, and increased success.

A huge component of happiness has been attributed to self-care. Taking care of ourselves, physically and emotionally, is essential for our happiness. Eating well, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and managing stress can all contribute to our well-being. And it is easy to note that there is a lot of material-derived happiness in all the above activities.

Conclusion

Finally, happiness is a state of mind that is not dependent on external circumstances. A feeling of contentment, joy and inner peace that comes from within is true happiness.

Happiness is subjective. But there are some factors that are known to influence it. Positive relationships, gratitude, meaningful work, self-care, and mindfulness are some examples.

By focusing on the positive, practicing gratitude, connecting with others, pursuing our passions, and taking care of ourselves, we can increase our overall happiness and lead a more fulfilling life.

And this is exactly what The Happiness store stands for. We strive to promote products that induce positive energy, a natural feel-good factor. We wish to spread this contagious positivity and create a blissful environment for the entire planet.

Come, live your best life!!!
